Joseph Benincasa Appraisals is a commercial real estate appraisal firm serving the Philadelphia metropolitan area for the past 45 years.  We specialize in appraising a variety of property types including office, multi-family, industrial, retail, mixed-use, residential, recreational, special purpose, and land.  Our areas of focus include Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks Counties.  Our clientele include commercial and residential mortgage lenders, attorneys, and private individuals.

Joseph P. Benincasa, MAI, Partner is a Certified General Appraiser in the States of Pennsylvania and New Jersey with over 15 years of experience in the appraisal industry.  In 2019, Joe received the prestigious MAI membership designation by the Appraisal Institute, the nation's largest professional association of real estate appraisers.  The MAI designation has long been recognized by courts of law, government agencies, financial institutions, and investors as a mark of excellence in the field of real estate valuation and analysis.

Benincasa, Jr., Partner is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of Pennsylvania with over 45 years of experience in the appraisal industry.  Joe Jr. served as the Past President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Real Estate Appraisers, and held the SRPA membership designation by the Appraisal Institute.
